Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. A miss in any area can always happen to you, even if you try hard to avoid it. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering a defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

We do not guarantee breakage in chocolate bars, treat items, candy bags, candy silos, lollipops / candy canes or chips, this can always occur with shipment. Shipping this is at your own risk.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us, you can do this by emailing klantenservice@mrsnoep.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

Since February 15 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
