We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. The current delivery time is stated when ordering.
In some cases, a product may be unexpectedly unavailable or have a longer delivery time, we will always keep you informed when the order will be shipped.

Delivery is provided by DHL, DPD or PostNL. In general, the next delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Your order will be packed with the utmost care and shipped with PostNL or DHL. From Hoorn, your order goes to a PostNL or DHL to a distribution center, from where it is delivered to your door by a delivery person. So quite a journey! But so far with very few complaints and a lot of satisfied mrsnoep.nl customers!

The prices you see on our website include VAT. There are also no additional costs for paying the order. We accept different payment methods, the most commonly used is iDeal. You can also pay with your:

Bank transfer

If you want to pay by bank transfer, that is also possible. Our payment provider Mollie handles this transaction for us. After you have chosen this method, you will receive an email with the payment reference that you must mention when making a transfer. PLEASE NOTE: Follow the payment instructions carefully for a quick walk-trough of the order. Your order is always delayed by this payment method!

Have you changed your mind and want to cancel your order? That is possible, let us know as soon as possible. It is possible that your order has already been shipped, we can then stop the delivery. In some cases, the deliverer is already on the way with the package and you can refuse the package at the door. The package will then be returned. If you accept the package, you can no longer cancel or return it. (Only non-food products may be returned.

Unfortunately Mrsnoep cannot take foodback for safety reasons, even though they have not been opened. (The right of return does not legally apply to food).

* In case of a complaint about a product or wrong delivery, you should always keep the product. We may ask for the product to be returned.

Non-food products may of course be returned within 14 days. If you want to return a non-food product please contact us at info@mrsnoep.nl

Things do go wrong sometimes. Always check your order. Isn’t it right? Let us know within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to info@mrsnoep.nl

* In case of a complaint about a product or wrong delivery, you should always keep the product. We may ask for the product to be returned/exchanged.

That’s kind of annoying when your order is incomplete. Please let us know by email as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours after receipt. Always keep the invoice and box the order was delivered in.

We will provide an appropriate and prompt solution.

Of course, that’s not the point. Check carefully that this is not the production date, especially with overseas products this can be confusing.

If you have received a product that is expired and not indicated in the webshop, please send us an email with a picture of the product and the date clearly in the picture. If so, we will provide an appropriate and quick solution.

* In case of a complaint about a product or wrong delivery, you should always keep the product. We may ask for the product to be returned.

Although we do our utmost to pack your order as well as possible, it may happen that a product or order arrives damaged. If a product is damaged to the extent that it can no longer be consumed, you can contact us so that we can offer an appropriate solution. Please let us know by email as soon as possible but no later than 48h after receipt.

* In case of a complaint about a damaged product, you should always keep the product. We may ask for photos or to return the product.
